Engraved orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. You will receive a notification when your order ships.
The live preview is a close approximation to help you visualize placement and style. Minor variations may occur due to the physical engraving process, but we take great care to match your design as closely as possible.
We support standard letters, numbers, spaces, and common punctuation (., !, ?, &, ', -). If you include a character that cannot be engraved, we will reach out before fulfilling your order.
Because each engraved candle is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check your engraving text before placing your order.
Changes can be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us immediately. Once engraving has begun, we are unable to make changes.
